Delivery times include a processing time of 1-2 business days and a transit time of 2-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

  • Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?

Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for all items. Detailed information on initiating a return or requesting a refund can be found in our refund policy or the instructions below.

  1. Print out the order confirmation and enclose it with the item you wish to return.
  2. Pack items well in a cardboard box.
  3. Send your package to our returns center. Address: Ben Wille, Gorch-Fock-Str. 7, 20357 Hamburg, Germany.
  4. We'll take care of the rest. You'll receive your refund as soon as we receive your package and inspect the return. (Maximum 4 days after receipt of shipment)
    • Can I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you would like to make changes or cancel your order. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

    After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery at any time.
